Preparation

Most of today is going to be spent preparing for the meeting on. Thursday with the retail team. We are presenting a proposal for working together going forward, this is especially important as I being on board new hospitality area managers. I am a firm believer in working in partnership with people and this has certainly been one of the most enjoyable aspects of my role here at BHS.
I am also meeting two potential area managers who are at final stage in our current interview process, both have done really well so far so I am very hopeful that we could potentially be bringing three new members of the team on board in the near future.
Finally, I have a coaching day with managers from the South Wales region tomorrow which I am especially looking forward to as it’s an opportunity to directly add value to our people.
