The long road ahead

I have two area managers going live in the next few weeks with two more coming on board shortly which is really exciting as along with our new food this should give us a sales boost.
No one is kidding themselves that we will see instant results but I am pretty certain that with the caliber of individual who is coming on board we will start to see a difference.
Upon my return from holiday I will be embarking on a series of road shows which are designed to launch our new ways of working. I am really looking forward to these road shows as it gets me out and about and gives me the opportunity to talk to people directly.
