Would you like a dessert?

One of the ways in which we are trying to differentiate ourselves from the competition is by introducing an element of table service into our restaurants. A couple of weeks ago we launched a fabulous range of not and cold desserts into some of our restaurants as a trial, along with this we have placed menus onto the tables and have staff asking customers if they would like anything else when they have finished their meals. Early results have been positive although there is a long way to go!
What is exciting is that bit by bit we are replacing our old dishes with food that is really appealing and that does not require aggressive discounting in order to sell.
