Watford

I’m about to hit the road and drive over to Watford to hold a roadshow there. This is my second in a series of meetings designed to ensure the smooth transition from the merchandise regional managers and the store managers running our hospitality to my team taking on the business in partnership with store managers and regional managers. We have been trialling this for a period of time and the areas where we are working in partnership are showing improved brand standard reviews, better sales and better controls. The additional focus from hospitality specialists has been well received at all levels and everyone is finding that working in partnership has brought along a number of benefits.
My job in each of these road shows is to share my vision for the business, update the teams on progress made and take them through exactly what it means to be working with the hospitality team.
I enjoy these events as it brings me into contact with the people who are interacting with our customers and the more that I can do to get them excited about our business the better.
