Heading over to Derby to start a day of site visits with one of my newly appointed area managers. The last few days have been fun and my road shows have been well received and I get the feeling that people are finally getting excited about the hospitality business. The challenge of course, is to keep them excited! We have lots of new product coming along so I am condiment that our people will respond positively to the upcoming launches, the great challenge is to move the like for like sales.
