Road shows

A big part of my diary has been blocked out as I have toured the country meeting people and sitting with them to have a discussion on the future of the hospitality business within BHS. I worked hard to ensure that people know why we are doing what we are doing and that they have the opportunity to both challenge my thinking and add their own insights. There have been some good discussions with some positive feedback from the teams, this is vital as we are going through a huge change program and in my view having a strong sense of direction backed by robust buy in is vital to our eventual success. It’s going to be a long journey but I’m proud of the fact that there is already lots of positive comment about the direction that our food offer is taking, our challenge remains as to how we tell people about what we are doing.
