I will be shortly heading to Orpington where one of our suppliers will be hosting a training session for our area managers, the focus will be on ensuring that we get the launch of our upcoming Christmas range right.
With Christmas planning already well advanced we have turned our attention to January both in terms of products and the message. We will be firming up our offer at our next Food Innovation Group meeting in late October.
Also taking place today is my first meeting with all of our area managers and the focus is going to be on driving profitable sales. Sadly the current balmy weather is not helping us!
