Not the best of days

Yesterday was not a good day, it served as a reminder (if one was needed) that we have a long way to go both in terms of making our people more effective and changing their mindset. I always knew that this project was going to be a bit like trying to move mountains and yesterday certainly reminded me of that fact.
I’m back at Oxford Street today to review the cafe with members of the board, after which I have a number of meetings ahead of a trip to the North East for a roadshow, I’m then back in London on Thursday!
Autumn seems to be arriving and the cooler weather is certainly starting to positively affect our sales which is good news.
