We are starting to see the weather turn slightly which I for one would welcome!
Today is my last day in the office for the week although I am starting my day in our newly opened Oxford Street cafe to offer some support to the team there. Overall it’s going quite well although we do have some work to do in putting some processes in place.
The rest if the day is going to be spent in one to ones with our food team as we make the final tweaks to our main Xmas launch and also make some decisions to some minor changes to our food range overt he coming months as well as looking forward to the first quarter if next year.
My final meeting if the day will spent looking at our range matrix which gives managers information on what to range and when, we update this regularly whenever we introduce new products and now plan to produce guidelines as to what we should range on quieter days.
At the end of the day I am driving to Newport ahead of my final roadshow, I have really enjoyed this process and I fee it has been of huge value to the business so I’m slightly sad that there won’t be anymore of them.
