Shift running

One of the biggest potential wins for us is to really hammer home the concept of running a great shift, having your aces in place, getting the timing of your breaks right, anticipating your days sales and on the back of this getting your production levels just right. There is a real art to running a great shift and in my career I have had the good fortune to learn this art at two great companies, firstly I was at Hard Rock Café and then more recently at Pret a Manger. Both these companies provided me with a great education which has served me well in my career. My challenge is to establish a similar culture of running the perfect shift within BHS.
