Going for sales

By the end of this month we will have pretty much completed the changes to our menu, all of our area managers will have settled in and we will be ready to really drive sales. We are creating some signage which will go into our windows which will allow us to attract more passing customers. We also have great offers we feature great food and really good prices and we are working on ways to let more people know about these.
Finally, we are mobilising the whole team this Christmas and everyone is going to be out in the field supporting our restaurants throughout the busy period, this is something that I personally am really looking forward to as recently I have not spent as much time as I would like out in the business.
