Taking stock

As I mentioned in previous posts it’s been a tough few weeks, this was pretty much to be expected given the huge amount of change which we have taken the business through and the sheer amount of things going on at anyone time. The last. Going forward is that our last food launch takes place in early November and then nothing will happen until the end of December when the business comes out of its Christmas “phase” and moves into the new year. We already have quite a robust plan for January in place which will be finalised over the next couple of weeks. Part of our January plan is an update of some of our signage, we are going to be focusing on both the freshness and quality of the food along with the great prices we are charging.
The next couple of months will also see the bedding in of our operations team, it’s early days but they are already making a difference to the operations and sales.
I am still confident that we can add value although this is going to take some time.
