Getting Ready For A New Week

A large chunk of next week is going to be taken up with planning for Xmas. Our aim is to have as many people from my team out and about supporting the business as possible. I plan to be out of the office 3 days a week supporting my area managers. Due to the unseasonably hot weather (I’ve never seen a mid October day with temperatures at 19 degrees) we have lost a fair bit of group which we are going to have to work hard to make up. Our last launch of the year will take place on the 5th November which gives our stores a clear run up to the busy trading period, for launch around this time will be a marketing push aimed at telling our customers about our new, freshly made (or baked in house) food as so far we have been the best kept secret on the high street.
