I spent a large chunk of my day in our Oxford street store, we have a new management team in our food outlets who require some support and as our office is a 20 minute walk away from the store its easy just to pop down there.
Other than that this has ben a busy week in terms of operational initiatives with our focus being very much on reducing food waste and increasing efficiency. Along side this I am busy looking at a marketing calendar for next year and ensuring that our food and marketing plans are supporting each other.
It has been a funny time lately, sales have been volatile (to say the least) and we have been busy bedding in the regional managers so as always, lots of things happening.
