After a day spent trawling through emails, planning the rest of the year and trying to get various things sorted out I’m back in the real world. I’m heading across to Oxford Street later today to follow up with our managers there.
At the moment the operations team are really focused on taking every sale possible, making sure that we have enough product out and that our teams are ready to give great service to as many customers as possible for the next few weeks as we go through peak trading.
We are about to start a series of Facebook surveys as we want to ask our customers what they think about our offer and how they think that we can improve it, we have already done some work on this butt here is a whole lot more to do.
