Site visits

It’s been a good day out in the business, all three of the sites that I visited today were well set up and ready to really drive sales. Our home stores are doing really well at the moment and the team in the Stoke home store are doing a fantastic job with strong sales driven by a slick operation and good customer service, it was a real pleasure to pay them a visit.
It’s always a pleasure to visit the team in Hanley and I was able to spend some quality time with the lead associate who was running the shift today.
It was my first visit to Warrington for a while and it was good to see an engaged team giving good service.
I am out and about tomorrow before heading back to London in time for a series of meetings in the office on Tuesday. I am back out in the business from Thursday onwards and on Saturday I will be working a shift in our restaurant in Oxford Street which I’m really looking forward to.
