I had a feeling that I was tempting fate with the title of this mornings post as I managed to pull a muscle in my back (probably due to my walking slightly oddly with this foot injury) this morning and whilst I struggled into the office I gave up in the end and came home early and am now sat with a heat pack on my back going through my emails. I was due to attend an external meeting this afternoon as well as meetings out he office but to be honest I want even able to tie my shoe laces!
Not ideal but lots of heat and some anti inflammatory tablets should have me back on form for my weekly trip to Oxford Street tomorrow.
