The weekend

May we live in interesting times, someone once said (cannot remember who) and I certainly cannot moan about times not being interesting. I’m having a quiet weekend ahead of what will be a hectic week. I’m looking forward to my forthcoming time off as I have a lot to reflect upon. Ahead of that I have a lot of work to do in terms of signing off on marketing collateral and new dishes next week ready for our January launch.
