Nearly the weekend

Up bright and early this morning as I have plenty to do ahead of the weekend. Yesterday was a good day as I spent most of it catching up with my head of operations and then managed to make a dent in what seems to be an ever growing pile of emails!
The team also managed to complete the Christmas trading pack which goes out today and which will hopefully ensure that are teams are fully prepared for what will be a difficult trading period, this is due to the sheer unpredictability of trading patterns during the festive season so we have work hard to ensure that our units have the right range in place.
Today is all about signing off on the rest of the artwork for January and catching up with some of my team before they go off on their holidays.
I’m down in London for the start of next week before heading off to visit some stores on Christmas Eve.
