Needles

I was at the physiotherapist first thing this morning and experienced acupuncture for the first time! It’s not an experience that I wish to repeat any time soon as people sticking needles into the sole if my foot is not my idea of fun…..in fact it hurt!
Hopefully this will help matters as the whole thing is becoming frustrating.
