Actually, it’s not quite the usual Tuesday as I won’t be heading into Oxford Street too early. Due to technical issues we didn’t manage to have our team conference call last week and although not everyone is around it’s worth us having a catch up.
Oxford street is doing rather better of late, the two new managers have done a fantastic job of steadying the ship and are making some headway with regards to turning the sales around. This is further proof (if anymore is needed) that if you want to turn a business around you need to invest in good people. A manager in each of the units is probably the right thing to do and it has certainly enabled them to progress things.
Other than my Tuesday visit to the street, I have a couple of meetings in the afternoon and then some catching up to do in what is going to be my last day in the office ahead of the holidays.
We have all the marketing collateral signed off and ready to go which I. Really pleased about as this means we are well ahead of the game.
