I’m averaging 4000 miles a month which is a scary amount and amount which I’m about to add to today with a trip up to Liverpool. We have a new manager in the catering outlets and have spent a little bit of money making them look nicer and this is having a positive impact on the business.
I’m looking forward to this visit as it’s always great to meet motivated managers who are making a difference, this is why I enjoyed my trip to the Metro centre yesterday as our team there always does a fantastic job.
Sales wise we are having a better week than I the recent past although we will need to look at the month of December as a whole in order to make any worthwhile comparisons.
I have an “office” day tomorrow as I get myself sorted out ready to be back in the office next Monday.
