Back to work

It’s the usual Monday, full of meetings and some catching up. I worked over a large chunk of the holiday so I am in the fortunate position of the starting the year with a clean slate (work wise!) so can turn my attention to reviewing the plan for this year.
I started work at BHS by pulling together a three year plan, we have just completed year 1 of that plan and now is a good time to review the past year, revisit what we had planned for this year and decide as a team what adjustments we need to make…..I will let you know how I get on.
