Last supper

We had our final team meeting today, I took a back seat, turning up for a couple of hours before leaving them to it.
We put quite a bit of thought into the timing of the announcement, making sure that the team meeting happened pretty soon afterwards so that the team would really feel like it was business as usual.
After the meeting we all went out for a meal, again I didn’t hang around as I’m not great at this sort of thing. It was lovely to be able to meet up with the field based team as I probably won’t see them before I leave.
