I’m a little tired as yesterday was a long day, the event which we held in our Spanish restaurant went well and it was great to see the very doing so well. This particular brand is called Pintxos and the it’s a cross between tapas bar and a lounge where people can come along and have either a bite to eat or a (non alcoholic) cocktail. It’s really well put together with some really funky looking interior decor and it’s aimed at a younger crowd. We recently added an external where people can enjoy a shisha pipe (this is s bit of a must in Kuwait) which has helped the business. This is still a relatively new brand and we still have work to do in terms of raising customer awareness.
I’m back in the office this morning as I have a series of meetings then I am going to be visiting restaurants with one of my team.
