Start of the week

Today is my last day of induction which I’m rounding off with a tour of the restaurants with the remaining member of the operations team who I have not yet spent time with.
Ahead of the tour I have a backlog of emails to clear, some technical stuff to sort out and then the rest of the time will be dedicated to competing the first draft of my business plan. Ince this draft is completed I’m going to circulate it for comments before pulling together the second draft. Ah this point I’m going to discuss it with my operations team before completing a final draft.
I need to get as much opinion as possible before pushing forward with things as I want to engage the rest of the business.
Communication out to the restaurants will also be key and I’m busy developing a plan for this.
