New day

It’s a new day, the sun is shining and having treated myself to a good nights rest I’m raring to go. I’m heading over to a place called Point 5 which is by the sea and where we have 4 of our restaurants. I’m going to be working with the team in one of our restaurants to improve breakfast service as that is our busiest time. After this I’m going to me having a one to one with the operations manager for the brand before heading off to meet up with our head of L&D.
