It’s back to the office today for a series of meetings with my focus being on recruitment. We are trying to build up our delivery business and for this I need drivers which are not easy to come by in Kuwait as you need to enter the country on a specific visa, it also takes time to obtain a driving license once you have been granted your residency.
I’m at the start of my fourth week and the time has flown by, I’ve met some lovely people and really enjoyed my work. It helps that I am working with one of the most talented chefs in the region who is a fantastically creative guy who has quite a following.
