Marketing

A large part of today is going to involve finalising the rest of our quarter one activities, this is not an ideal situation but a set of circumstances beyond anyone’s control left us in this less than ideal situation. We are now getting back on track and within the next few weeks we should have a marketing plan for the year in place.
I’ve pretty much finished my business plan and and put in place all of the structure which is required to drive results as well as having made a good start in quite a few of the projects which will help drive our KPIs, not bad work for three weeks! Having said that I’m working hard with my team to really gain momentum in some key areas as I want to drive the pace of change (at a pace the business can handle) and project completion.
