The board meeting went reasonably well yesterday and that was pretty much the hi light of the day. Sadly the lack of process in my business leads to huge amounts of time being lost trying to sort out retrospective issues and sadly this was the case yesterday. This means that I have a lot of work to carry over into other days and with few people to delegate it to this leads to projects being delayed.
My meeting with L&D went well but once again illustrated how much work is required.
This post has rather a gloomy tone so let’s end on a few positives….sales this week are holding up and next week we have a public holiday here in Kuwait which should bring some opportunities both for sales and for me to catch up on things!
Last night I check out the completion had some some sushi which was nice but not as good as the Sushi we serve.
