Size of the challenge

After being here 6 weeks I am fully aware of the size of the challenge which I have taken on, it’s pretty huge! Of course I had a reasonably good idea of what was required before I joined but you never get the full picture until you are actually in the role.
Yesterday was a pretty full day and we got a lot done in terms of sketching out a marketing plan.
Today is full of team meetings.
