After quite a lot of work and several rewrites we have a plan, it’s been shared with a number of people it it now requires my team and I to go out and deliver it.
Like most effective plans it’s simple in its aims, it tries to deal with root causes and systemic failures. In terms of its success, well like any plan it relies on having the right people, with the right skills and the right motivation and that’s my job.
