One of my biggest challenge here is changing a culture which has been in grained for some time, people have done things a certain way for so long that at the moment they cannot quite see how things might be done a different way. There is nothing which cannot be changed but it’s going to be a long journey.
Today is P&L review day and I’m setting up base in one of our restaurants to meet up with the team, it’s going to take all day but it will be a relatively early finish and my commute in will be 10 minutes not the close to 40 minutes which my trip into the office takes
