ive spent the morning catching up on emails and conducting interviews, it wasn’t fun. Two people didn’t show up which was a real pain and really frustrating.
I generally don’t enjoy interviewing people as many candidates are tough going. I’m also not great at holding a conversation and scribbling notes which really doesn’t help. Thankfully the candidates that I did meet today were strong.
This evening I will be at our newest location checking out all of the activities which we have going on there.
