Tomorrow

I have a pile more interviews tomorrow as I look to add managers to our team, we are woefully short of managers and this is causing us some real problems. We have hired two which is a start but we need another 5 and the problem is that things don’t happen quickly, by law people are obliged to give 3 months notice and also transferring work visas is not an easy task.

Other than interviewing I have to prepare for Tuesday’s board meeting.

It’s going to be an interesting week as I will be going on a recruitment trip to Sri Lanka for 4 days, I’ve visited there before and it’s a lovely country.
