Today is a day of two halves in the morning I have a series of meetings where I will be reviewing progress made on a number of our ongoing projects and in the afternoon I have a series of interviews.
The project review meetings are useful as we have a set template which we use and which gets updated at each meeting thus ensuring that we are hitting our key milestones. We have an awful lot going on and it would be too easy to miss things or to not actually sustain our rate of progress.
