After spending rather more time than I would have liked in the office this week I am out and about visiting restaurants with two of my team today, it’s going to be a mix of business reviews and restaurant visits.
We are a out to make an offer to two restaurant managers which is something that I am quite excited about as we have really suffered from a lack of people in key positions. I’m a great believer that you cannot grow a business without first growing the people but that before you do any of that you actually need some people to grow!
I have a day off tomorrow before catching an early flight to Sri Lanka for the start of our 4 day recruitment trip.
