I finally arrived home at 4pm yesterday after what was a very long trip, our flight into Doha was delayed so we only had 40 minutes to catch our flight to Kuwait. I have to say that Doha airport is one of the nicest that I have visited, spacious and modern with some very high end retail and good dining options. It’s obviously been built in preparation for the World Cup.
We spent an hour sat in the tarmac waiting for them to compete some routine maintenance (routine?) before finally setting off for Kuwait.
I now need to get a new passport as this one is full of visa stamps!
