Up bright and early for a quick 20 minute treadmill session! I’m rediscovering my passion for getting fit which to be frank is something that I need to do!
It’s the usual hectic Monday packed full with catch up meetings, although I am planning a slightly earlier finish that last night!
My family got home safely and Alex was excited to see his grandparents again, it’s good that we have started to build up a network of friends in Kuwait and that Alex and Moira still have their friends in the UK but sustaining this won’t be easy.
I’m recruiting a driver soon which is great news as not being able to drive is a pain!
