I got out of bed yesterday full of the joys of spring, I was in a really good mood as we drove into work and I was thinking just how fortunate I was to be living in Kuwait. These happy thoughts obviously jinxed the rest of my day!
Things went rapidly down hill from there…..
Through no ones fault we had a number of marketing related issues, then I had some last minute diary issues and finally some team related issues.
I won’t bore you with anymore detail, suffice to say it was not one of my better days as I had to respond to events rather than shaping them which is not a good place to be.
Life here will always have its ups and downs and you just have to dust yourself off, get up and get on with things!
Today is a new day, the numbers are still strong and I’m still lucky to be living and working in Kuwait.
