One of the things that attracted me to this role when I first came out to Kuwait and interviewed was how good our food was. Since I’ve been here I have checked out quite a few of our competitors and I have to say that we are generally ahead of them with regards to our food. We have some very talented chefs in our business who do a great job in terms of innovation and consistency.
One of the keys to the turnaround in some of our business has been putting good people into a role and helping them succeed, I never tire of saying this but success in business is about hiring good people with the right experience, rewarding them appropriately and ensuring that they are motivated and raring to go.
Having a great product to compliment this makes the job easier
