Expat Life

I write a lot about business and occasionally touch upon my life here so having been out here a few months I wanted to give you a little insight into my life.
Let’s start with the good stuff! I live in a new flat, with a wonderful sea view and within the rental cost all the bills are included. Someone comes and cleans my flat everyday and they even wash something’s for me. My clothes are taken to the local laundrette and washed and dry cleaned there. When I am working in the office I jump onto one of the companies busses and arrive within 30 minutes. I have met a huge number of interesting people from so many different countries and started to make some good friends.
The weather is usually nice and sunny with blue skies and you can sit outside until late in the evening. I like living in Kuwait and have been made to feel very welcome here.
It’s quite a long list which reflects how happy I am here, there is some not so good stuff which will be the subject of a later post.
