Knowing your numbers

I tell people time and time again that they need to be well prepared for meetings and that as an operator you should know your numbers. My top tip on this is not to work into meetings with reports but rather manually write down all the information that you think that you will need and make sure that you have thought about how and when you will use them. Learn them by heart as there is nothing worse than fumbling about looking for the right answer!
