People who have influenced me

This is my third post on this subject and for this post I want to deal with a lady I worked for many years ago at the Hard Rock Cafe in London. She was the general manager at the time and I always admired the fuss free, confident way in which she ran what was a tricky operation. She always made time to talk to you and was calmness personified when the going got tough. I have always admired people who are “very comfortable in their own skin” and she very certainly was. She went on to do some quite senior roles although sadly I have lost touch with her.
