Juices

As part of my drive to eat healthily I have been checking out juices and came across an amazing juice shop in Soho called juice tonic, the owner (a fellow Italian) really impressed me with his knowledge and passion and they sold a range of amazing natural products. I’ve been on my (latest diet) a few weeks but I have to say that since moving to raw and natural ingredients I have had bags more energy and am feeling a lot better generally.
