The changing face of London

As I have walked the city it’s brought home to me just how much change there has been, not least in people’s eating habits. Anyone who has read the most recent Allegra report will know that Mexican and “healthy” food are currently strong trends. This is certain to true in London as every street corner seems to contain a burrito seller, what’s also been amazing has been the proliferation of brands such as Tossed, Itzu, Abocado, Pod and Vital Ingredient as well as additional branches of more established brands such as Pret. This can only be a good thing in terms of offering the consumer a choice but I do wonder how many will of these brands will still be here in five years time…….
