Stock taking

One of the necessary evils of the F&B business is the stock take, weather you complete it monthly or weekly it’s still a bit of a chore. There are ways of minimising this chore and I’m about to spend a chunk of today looking at how we execute a stock take at Vital. I’m not expecting it to be hugely different to anywhere else but let’s wait and see. I also have a session booked next week with IBS who are our back of house soft wear providers which will take me through the system in detail.
Other that this I have two days left in Artillary Row before heading back up to Cheshire for the weekend.
