I am up in the midlands today to do a days training on our back of house IT system, as well as learning to use the system I do plan to devote some time to understanding how we can make some improvements. The “eat your way” nature of our business is great for our customers but makes trying to keep track of things from a stock point of view quite difficult as there is no such things as a “typical salad”. Even our house salads can be customised.
The other thing that I want to look at is how to make the system easier to use for our teams, simple things such as entering waste or inputting our stock can be simplified.
Finally, our sales remain strong, I just wish the sun would shine a little more!
