had our first meeting with all of our store managers which seemed to go quite well. We focused on efficiency and talked about ways in which we could improve our customer service. I’m cautiously optimistic that much of what was discussed made sense and I’m please at their response to being involved in decision making.
I’m now heading home as I’m treating myself today!
