We had our regular food meeting today and we’re able to make some decisions around our next launch. We are going to have some really exciting products with the focus being on freshness, health and quality…..just what you would expect from us.
I managed to visit three stores this morning which was worthwhile, going forward I plan to get to my first store between 7am and 7:30am before heading over to the office, I’m going to do this 4 days a week so I should get to see each of our stores every 2 weeks which I think is about right. I’m looking forward to getting to know the individual managers and their teams a lot better, this will be helped by my working in a store every 6 weeks.
